ANTI SLAVERY WEEK 2020

Estimated 40-45 million people worldwide trapped in slavery!

A number of organisations list this staggering statistic of people trapped in slavery including child sexual exploitation, sexual exploitation (adults), forced labour, domestic servitude and more. Organisations like Hope For Justice are in the battle to end slavery through a range of activities and programs raising awareness, rescuing victims and running advocacy programs to support them.

Buenas Burritos has supported HFJ and raising awareness since 2018, distributing flyers, having conversations with customers and highlighting the issue through social networks. This year we will be doing the same and more - follow our Facebook page from 11th October as we announce givaways, post stories and links to resources and then have an awareness day of Friday 16th.
