If you are having a Mexican themed event, we'll bring the sombreros, maracas and cactai to add to the atmosphere. 

The options:

Trailer service - our most popular booking, a Mexican themed catering unit which can be towed into your designated event space (subject to space size). Serving freshly cooked food from the trailer bar such our burrito, taco and nacho dishes. We can also provide hot and cold drinks.

This unit is ideal for outdoor functions or can act as a kitchen if your guests are dining in an indoor setting.

Indoor Dining - If you are having a more traditional seated dining arrangement, we can arrange to serve a variety of meal options at table. Venue will be required to have available kitchen space, alternatively food can be prepared on the trailer. 

Buffet Dining: - For indoor venues, ideal for corporate, weddings and other large events. A self-service suite of our dishes served hot from our chaffing pans. Venue will be required to have available kitchen space, alternatively food can be prepared on the trailer.
